Validity and acceptance of the contract
By placing an order, the customer accepts the following terms and conditions. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not accepted, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our offer is a non-binding offer and a purchase contract only comes about through the acceptance of the seller by the delivery of the confirmation email.
After sending a color card, hand pattern or sample article to the customer and the selection by the latter in material type, size, color and quality, the order is binding.
All displayed products with text and pictures are only examples of production and do not claim to be complete.
Prices and payment
The prices are exclusive of shipping costs within Germany. The resulting shipping costs, please refer to the respective offer. Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer, local cash payment or Pay Pal within 7 days. In the case of exchange / revocation, the repayment is made in the same way as the payment. If necessary. there are additional costs for expenses, customs and fees with contracting parties outside the EU, in particular Switzerland.

It is done by DHL within Germany and Europe. Upon request, shipping to other countries is possible - any additional costs incurred by the purchaser are to be borne.
For shipping within Germany, a flat rate of 5.50 Euro will be charged.
Other additional charges are in principle the purchaser.
For delivery abroad, the actual shipping costs plus VAT will be charged.
Warranty
In general, the statutory warranty period is 24 months. Under warranty fall only defects, if the goods from the beginning does not correspond to the usual use or condition, eg. B. material error. Slight deviations from our illustrations and descriptions are possible, but are not a defect, since it is finally about manual work and in leather to a natural product (leather color or quality pattern can be sent in advance).

Disclaimer for leather goods
The leather used for the products of Leder Reinke corresponds with Section 15v regarding the PCP content and AZO dyes of the Chemicals Ordinance. 11-10-93 or the 4th Ordinance amending the Consumer Goods Ordinance v. 20.0795 of the BRD.
Regardless of this, it is possible in the case of leather goods in principle for leather to rub off on the substrate, in particular for dark leather on a light background, such as, for example, leather. black bodice on white blouse. Leather is made by tanning in a chemical process, using a large number of chemicals. We therefore advise against using leather in the mouth and, especially for toddlers, making sure that they do not chew on leather.
Exchange and return costs
You have the possibility to return the goods within 14 days after receipt. The goods please send in undamaged condition and sufficiently franked back to us. Made-to-measure orders and personalized goods are excluded from the exchange. A color extra ordered for the customer outside the standard colors black and dark brown (color samples will be sent to you in advance as desired) will not be taken back.
The return costs will be borne by the customer.

Complaints due to obvious transport damages must be made by the customer directly to the respective transport company within the specified deadlines. However, this does not apply to hidden defects.
Payment
Payment is made without deduction.
Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer or Paypal and cash on collection, cash on delivery possible.
Payment in advance is to be made within 7 days, otherwise the right to delivery expires.
